Management structure of the PAGEN Centre

Project Co-ordinator

The co-ordinator (Prof. B. Wolko) is responsible for co-ordination of the centre and will chair the support committees. He acts as an the interface between the project and the European Commission and is responsible for communication between WP-leaders and the support committees. The co-ordinator will assess the achievement of milestones and deliverables of each of the WP's in consultation with the WP leader of each respective WP.

Advisory Board

The Centre is guided, supervised and controlled by the Advisory Board formed by representatives of twining and collaborative twin research institutes and universities from 6 EU countries (Great Britain, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Italy and Norway) and from Poland. The Advisory Board also includes representatives of the applied research organisations.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee decides about important management issues during the project. The main task of this committee is approving the plan of center's activity for detailed co-ordination and monitoring of progress during the project. The Steering Committee is responsible for integration of work in different Work packages and collaboration between partners. The Steering Committee comprises the WP-leaders and director of the IPG-PAS.
